-Contact us with full details of the required translation and we will calculate the price. -The material to be translated may be sent to us by e-mail, fax, post or courier. -When we have received the material we will send you by fax a confirmation of the price and delivery date. -Once you have returned this to us, signed and stamped, we will begin working. -When we deliver the translation to you, it will be accompanied by a confirmation of receipt, which you should sign, stamp and send to us by fax. -We will then proceed with invoicing.
-Contact us with details of the work to be proof-read and we will provide a quotation. -When you have sent us the work we will send you by fax a confirmation of the price and delivery date. -Once you have returned this to us, signed and stamped, we will begin working. -When we deliver the corrected text to you, it will be accompanied by a confirmation of receipt, which you should sign, stamp and send to us by fax. -We will then proceed with invoicing.

We will provide a quotation. -Once you have decided to begin, we will send you some tests in order to create groups of students with a similar level. -As soon as the group(s) have been organised, the course can begin. -In order to record the total hours of classes given, the students will be asked to sign a control sheet at the end of each class. -Classes cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be invoiced. -At the end of each month we will send you an invoice for the classes given. Once we have received your confirmation of receipt of the translation, transcription or other service provided, we will send you an invoice with our bank details.
